Course Details

All courses will be run in the Arsenal Innovative way by trained coaches and adapted to offer the most beneficial coaching to all age ranges.

A typical course consists of

• —warm up
• —technical work
• —small sided games
• —technical drills
• —6v6 games
• —warm down
• —prize giving

What to bring on a course

Every player will need to bring:

• —Shin Pads
• —Football kit or Training kit
• —Football boots or Training Shoes
• —Light weight water proof jacket
• —Tracksuit
• —Lunch and enough 'still' drinks to last the whole day

There may be a Tuck Shop available at lunch and break times location permitting.

At the end of a course you will receive a certificate and gift.
